As part of their expansion, they are focusing on other segments as well as southern Belgium and Luxembourg, for its additional growth potential.
Job description: Commercial Director of Belgium
The Commercial Director of Belgium will have full P&L responsibility over Kramp’s BeneLux subsidiary. They will lead the Belgian commercial team of forty-five employees and six direct reports. They will also form the management team with the Operational Director, which is supported by the Finance manager and HR business partner. This role will report to the Region Sales Director for Midwest Europe.
The Commercial Director is expected to grow the Belgian business with a turnover of one hundred million euros in 2025. To achieve this, they will lead all core processes for online and offline sales, have a solid grasp of the customer journey and offer a personal approach to key accounts, as needed.
The Commercial Director will also coach and empower their team. They will boost engagement and improve satisfaction, as well as support leadership with Kramp Belgium’s digital transformation.
This role will manage stakeholders and maintain high employee satisfaction within an international matrix organization that’s undergoing a digital transformation. It’s an excellent opportunity for a sales leader with a strong track record in people development, especially during a transformation phase. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is excited to grow the business by adopting an entrepreneurial approach and without sacrificing structure.
The Commercial Director will work in a data-driven manner while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Good knowledge of Dutch and French is required. Ideally, they are interested in the agricultural, construction, and forest and grass care industries. However, specific expertise in these sectors is not a necessity. If the successful candidate has not managed a country organization before, they should have experience leading business units. The Commercial Director of Belgium will start an exciting new phase in their career, and enjoy plenty of room to grow personally and professionally.
