Saints & Stars has a relentless focus on an efficient, fun, and luxurious fitness concept at two prime Amsterdam locations. With their original concept, they’ve quickly become a fitness must for influencers and the young urban elite. The experienced Marketing Director will lead Saints & Stars in its ambitious international expansion.
About Saints & Stars
Since founding in 2018, Saints & Stars has secured a strong following at the high end of the millennial and Gen Z Amsterdam fitness market. Currently with two locations in the city, they offer high intensity classes as well as an open gym and personal training options. From the music to the lighting, and luxurious towels and scent in the fitness rooms: every detail at Saints & Stars is meticulously thought through, and in line with the company’s mission of making fitness fun.
Their mission is to provide a fitness concept that brings joy and entices members to stay active. Growing up, its founder Tom Moos, has had fitness in his DNA. With a family that owns gyms, he spent years working in every role within fitness companies, from sales to location manager and as a trainer. With his boutique fitness concept for Saints & Stars, Moos offers something completely new, that young inner-city adults can relate to.
“The fitness industry has had record drop-off rates. Because often, fitness isn’t fun. You pay to torture yourself in an unpleasant environment and don’t see immediately results. Saints & Stars is flipping that around. Our workouts are short and effective, we have the best trainers, our music and lighting resemble a night club rather than a gym. It smells good, the showers are nice and the smoothies delicious. And it shows: our gyms have an avarage occupancy rate of eighty-five percent, which is very high in the industry.” – Tom Moos, Founder of Saints & Stars
Saints & Stars has a marketing budget of around 500,000 euros. They are about to expand locally, but also planning to expand in international, metropolitan areas. Saints & Stars is not afraid to dream big, and their current success is an indicator of its ongoing growth potential.
