Vacancy: Lead Loyalty Specialist

The Lead Loyalty Specialist plays a vital role in the strategy and execution of the end-to-end development of the company’s loyalty program across all markets: from developing new platform features to sourcing and marketing campaigns. The goal of the Lead Loyalty Specialist will be to understand and influence customer behavior to stimulate order frequency and reduce churn. While its goals are clear, the scope of this role is open to development by someone with an entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude.

The Lead Loyalty Specialist will manage Just Eat Takeaway.com’s loyalty program across all markets. They will help design and execute customer engagement campaigns and incentives, test and roll out new features, work on expansion plans for new markets and strategic initiatives, and manage the loyalty program budget. Naturally, analytics will deliver a main source of insight. The Lead Loyalty Specialist will need the analytical skills (supported by Customer Intelligence) to enhance their customer understanding and drive future initiatives.

Collaboration is vital for the Lead Loyalty Specialist’s responsibilities. They will work closely in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders from Product and Tech teams. They will also assess the business impact of new features and provide their requirements to the Product Owners. Additionally, they will report on and track KPIs to optimize strategy and execution.
