Vacancy: Head of Growth
The Head of Growth will define and implement ING’s investment product growth strategy for the Dutch market. They will develop innovative solutions, enhance the customer experience, unlock new opportunities for growth and maximize revenue potential in personal investment products. This digitally savvy leader will develop and implement commercially focused strategies and solutions to make investing easier. This will give customers confidence in their own abilities to make sound investment decisions and find security in their financial future.
The Head of Growth will report to Emre Susam, ING’s Head of Investments NL, and lead the Commercial Area. They will manage multiple direct reports, who manage their own teams. These include the Product Leads for Brokerage and Advice, as well as the Expert Leads, who are responsible for Marketing and First Line Risk.
ING’s Commercial Area is growing quickly in capability and capacity. They will increase the department size with up to fifty FTEs. And the Head of Growth will stimulate efficient teamwork and create an environment where collaboration and co-creation is encouraged. This energetic leader will empower high-performing teams and individuals, value each team’s professional development and encourage creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. This role will implement data-driven solutions and define ING’s vision for future investment products.

One cornerstone of ING’s future personal investment product strategies is the optimization of their tech landscape. This is specific to mobile development and the future functionality of the ING’s two mobile apps for general personal banking and investments.
The Head of Growth will work closely with mobile development teams to design and implement strategic changes to the way customers invest their funds using ING’s mobile apps. These important developments will support ING’s mission to make banking and investing even easier and accessible for all customers.
