They support more than 300 leading public and private issuing authorities with cross-border enforcement of traffic fines and fees. They track and collect parking tickets and fees on behalf of municipalities and parking companies, assist road toll operators to identify and issue invoices or penalties, and support local authorities to control and manage the flow of traffic and price congestion. And their enforcement platform allows municipalities and private organizations to easily collect dues, which makes cities cleaner and roads safer in the process.

Vacancy: Product Manager

The Product Manager directs all tactical aspects of defining detailed product requirements and building the enforcement platform’s future roadmap. Their contribution to its vision and strategy is based on their data analysis, market research, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. They identify key solution gaps and growth or improvement opportunities, and advise on strategies to capitalize on opportunities in countries where the platform is rolled out. Taking a strategic overview of the product and markets as a starting point, they also incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis. They work closely with the Commercial and Marketing Teams to ensure proper sales support. The Product Manager reports to, and works closely with, the Director of Product Management, who has P&L responsibility over the product.

This role is ideal for a Product Manager, who has strong business and commercial insights. They are analytical and offer a UX perspective. This role quickly learns to understand what drives client decision-making and how to anticipate or respond to the needs of private and governmental clients. They cascade product changes internally and externally. And they support the coordination of cross-functional teams, with dedicated developers, product owners, and scrum masters.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager, or commercially minded Product Owner to make an impact. Or for a candidate with a relevant background in commercial project management and dealing with stakeholders. This role is eager to learn and can manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. They are results- and delivery-oriented while balancing the need for collaboration across operations, sales, and software development teams and demonstrate solid communication and presentation skills. Working closely with the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager will learn the ropes while making a direct impact on society and the environment.
