- Proven experience in product-led environments, aligning engineering with customer and business value
- Skilled in driving transformation, reducing technical debt, and modernizing platforms and processes
- Strong communicator, fostering alignment and trust with Product, Business, and C-level stakeholders
- Track record in managing and coaching managers

With ambitious growth goals on the horizon, the Head of Engineering leads the definition and execution of a forward-looking technical strategy and the development of a high-performing engineering organization that aligns seamlessly with product goals and architectural priorities. By structuring and standardizing engineering practices like CI/CD, test automation, observability, and the use of DORA metrics, this leader ensures delivery is both scalable and reliable. Beyond technical leadership, the Head of Engineering actively drives the company-wide transformation, balancing strategic vision with hands-on engagement in daily operations.
Leading Engineering Managers across seven domains, the Head of Engineering sets standards for delivery and technical quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and ownership. Leadership is demonstrated not only by guiding the Engineering Managers but also by shaping team development and the organizational frameworks they operate within. Working closely with the Head of Product and reporting directly to the CTO, the role forms a unified leadership team that seamlessly connects product and engineering. Collaboration with peers in design, architecture, business, and operations further strengthens this integrated approach.
