Vacancy: Global HR Director

The Global HR Director will lead and execute all HR aspects of Intwo’s global organization. They will connect the business’ growth strategy and the global people agenda, ensuring that the company’s core values are deeply ingrained in all people-related activities as they embark on an important scale-up journey.

The HR Director has a passion for people and a clear vision of the value HR should bring to an organization. They work in a creative yet structured way. Focusing on improving the employee journey, they will implement modern HR methodologies and make a positive impact on the working culture. Proactive and pragmatic, the HR Director approaches HR challenges with a strategic mindset, always considering how the company’s people needs may change as they grow, and adjusting processes accordingly.

As a fairly new name in the market following the recent merger, Intwo needs to build up its brand and reputation as a great place to work. The company wants to attract new talent and support its current employees throughout their career growth journey. The HR Director will drive initiatives focused on tackling the challenges of recruiting and retaining talented professionals in this very competitive environment. They will also optimize the onboarding process and drive career growth initiatives, including enhancing learning and development and improving performance management processes.

The HR Director will report to the CEO and be a valued member of the Extended (Global) Leadership team. They will work closely with three full-time and three part-time HR colleagues located in various regions and ensure close alignment between the global offices.
