Vacancy: Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner will play a central role in maintaining Mileway’s growth curve. For fifty percent of their time, they will be the responsible HR Business Partner for all headquarters functions of Mileway, such as Marketing, Legal, and Finance. Secondly, they will be working on large, strategic HR projects that advance Mileway as an organization. An exciting and challenging combination of operational responsibilities and the bigger picture. The Senior HR Business Partner will report to the Head of HR and become part of a new, international team located in Amsterdam.

A key part of their responsibilities will be to act as a trusted partner to management, providing advice and support on HR-related subjects, such as team development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, absenteeism, and plans and policies. The Senior HR Business Partner will build productive relationships with stakeholders across the business and provide them with the relevant employee and organizational data.

The Senior HR Business Partner will also participate and take the lead in several strategic HR projects. Examples of projects they might be working on are learning and development (designing and managing leadership and people development programs), performance management (e.g., implementing a continuous feedback culture), organizational structure assessments and reviews, and restructuring processes. The Senior HR Business Partner will report on the progress of these projects to senior management and keep all stakeholders up to date.
