Spearheaded by the CHRO, Anne van Dassen Müller, in the team of four HR Business Partners, each is responsible for a different business unit. They work with the Director Compensation and Benefits, the Director Learning and Development, and the Director of HR Operations.
Job description: HR Project Management Lead
The HR Project Management Lead liases with the entire global team. The role will lead, execute, and implement strategic projects, and form internal project teams to drive change.
Digital Transformation
The HR Project Management Lead will work on a variety of initiatives that include setting up a global traineeship program and a compliance strategy for salary transparency. Most projects involve digitizing and automating key HR processes as Stolt-Nielsen’s HR organization is undergoing a company-wide digital transformation. The HR Project Management Lead will ensure effective prioritization, assign the right teams to deliver various deliverables, and maintain deadlines. They can confidently create a team of experts, as well as co-create with them. The HR Project Management Lead strikes the perfect balance between acting quickly while maintaining a calm, results-driven mindset.
