The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the Dutch and German webshops of the new Home & Living platform NADUVI, one of Europe’s fastest-growing e-commerce companies. They will improve conversion and optimize customer journeys, basing their actions on customer insights and commercial analyses.
NADUVI is an online Home & Living platform that helps interior enthusiasts discover inspiring furniture and decorative products in and around their homes, always at a discount. Its offerings include about fifty thousand different items, available to consumers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. NADUVI has partnered with over three hundred carefully selected premium brands, distributors, and manufacturers – a mix of international powerhouses and local Dutch heroes – including Zuiver, Dutchbone, Rivièra Maison, Goossens, and Riverdale.
NADUVI’s innovative platform offers its partners a direct channel towards consumers. It enables them to put the spotlights on off-price merchandise and give high-quality interior products a second chance to be sold. An excellent solution for all parties involved. It lets consumers enjoy beautiful products against high discounts and provides manufacturers with a way to tackle redundant stock, reducing write-offs and waste.
“We want to continue our growth: offer consumers an even better experience, grow our team, and partner with more premium interior brands. Our ultimate goal? Be the number one in Europe.” – Itai Gross, Founder & CEO
Over the past years, NADUVI’s performance has been astounding. The company completed a funding round, won numerous awards (e.g., ‘Best Starter’ and ‘Webshop of the Year’), went international, and saw the volume of orders grow considerably. The company is rapidly progressing from start-up to scale-up to solid e-commerce business. With a growing team of over a hundred ambitious young talents and a seasoned management team, NADUVI is well-positioned to deliver on its promise of becoming Europe’s most significant Home & Living outlet and launching exciting new propositions alongside it.
Vacancy: E-commerce Manager
The E-commerce Manager will ensure that all visitors of NADUVI’s Dutch and German webshops find what they are looking for. They will work on topics ranging from merchandising and conversion optimization to UX and content. The E-commerce Manager will adopt a hypotheses-driven approach based on experiments and A/B testing.
Data and client centricity are other key attributes to the role. The E-commerce Manager will prioritize projects and make decisions based on customer insights and commercial analyses. They will need to have a keen eye for detail and should not shy away from diving into the data themselves with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and Python. When analyses get more complex, the E-commerce Manager can work effectively with Web and Business Analysts, asking the right questions and proposing the right actions.
Another responsibility of the E-commerce Manager will be to prioritize and execute a wide variety of projects. These projects include, for example: optimizing customer journeys; improving navigations, collections, and landing pages; directing the assortment; ensuring the right products are available and displayed at the right spots; improving findability and discoverability through filters and search (e.g., Algolia, Shopify, and Contentful); and monitoring daily performance.
Collaboration is a crucial part of the role. The E-commerce Manager will have daily interactions with the Product, Partnership, and Marketing Teams. They coordinate all activities involving the webshops and rally stakeholders from different disciplines behind a common goal. They will also work closely with CRO specialists, especially involving experiments and A/B tests.
Joining NADUVI now means becoming part of one of Europe’s fastest-growing e-tailers. The E-commerce Manager will get the opportunity to contribute to the organization’s development and inspire customers with NADUVI’s vast product offering. In addition, they will have ownership and freedom to independently shape their work and directly impact the success of the scale-up.
