Vacancy: Commercial Analytics Manager
The Commercial Analytics Manager will use extensive data analytics to guarantee the optimization of the commercial teams’ efforts and accelerate Adyen’s growth. Their main focus is on strategic issues such as the identifying the ideal combinations of industry, region and size to generate the highest returns. The Commercial Analytics Manager is part of the Commercial Enablement Team and reports to the Commercial Analytics Lead.

The Commercial Analytics Manager will oversee the entire commercial flow, from new leads to customer relationships, and work across the entire commercial organization with Sales, Marketing, partnership management and Account Management. They will focus on all regions where Adyen operates and travel regularly to offices in Latin America, the US, Singapore, and Australia to support local teams.
Some projects in the Commercial Analytics Manager’s scope include selecting the most impactful lead sources, providing insights into sales team performance, building and implementing scalable tools, strategic commercial progress reporting and identifying opportunities to increase margins. They will be involved in the projects from start to finish.
Data and analytics are the building blocks of this role. The Commercial Analytics Manager will need to be hands-on. Cleaning data, linking, analyzing and distilling insights are all part of the job. And they will also focus on the next steps to translate insights into concrete improvements, convince the business with strong, action-oriented narratives and then implement the changes together.
