Vacancy: Commercial Analytics Lead

The Commercial Analytics Lead will work with their team and use extensive data analytics to guarantee the commercial teams are optimizing their efforts and accelerating Adyen’s growth. One of the strategic issues they will focus on is to identify which combinations of industry, region and size will generate the best returns. This role will lead everything related to commercial analytics, including developing and implementing a vision, creating a roadmap for success, and facilitating strategic decision-making. They will report to the Head of Commercial Enablement and lead a team of about four Commercial Analysts.

The Commercial Analytics Lead will oversee the entire commercial flow – from new leads to customer relationships – and work closely across the organization with sales, marketing, partnerships and account management. This role requires someone with combined project, change, and stakeholder management skills, strong leadership and solid commercial and analytical capabilities.

Some areas the team will work on include to identify the most impactful lead sources and upsell opportunities, provide insights into sales team performance, build and implement scalable tools, set up reporting and identify possibilities to increase margins.

Team management is a key focus of this role. The Commercial Analytics Lead will support their team members’ day-to-day responsibilities and empower their personal growth. They will also establish the overall team direction and priorities, making sure they work towards scalable solutions that align with Adyen’s strategic priorities.

The Commercial Analytics Lead will focus on a wide variety of commercial challenges that will result in significant exposure to the commercial leadership. They will have the opportunity to work at one of the biggest names in fintech and contribute to the continuation of Adyen’s impressive growth path.
