Vacancy: Investment Analyst
The Investment Analyst is a vital member of Exor’s investment team, providing essential analytical and research support for evaluating and executing investment opportunities. Responsible for evaluating and monitoring investment opportunities through detailed financial modeling, valuations, and market research, the data-driven insights they deliver will shape the organization’s portfolio and drive sustainable growth.
Working within a small, high-performing team, the Investment Analyst will work closely with colleagues across levels and report to senior team members, including Investment Associates and Principals. The organization’s flat structure offers significant exposure to leadership and encourages all team members to actively participate in discussions that influence investment strategy.
The Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that investment initiatives run smoothly and align with the company’s strategic goals. By conducting detailed financial analysis, building complex models, and performing market research, they provide the critical foundation for identifying and evaluating opportunities. The Analyst supports due diligence efforts, gathering and analyzing data to ensure informed investment decisions. Additionally, they monitor existing portfolio performance, evaluate market trends, and prepare comprehensive updates that guide strategic actions. Through the creation of clear, actionable investment memos, presentations, and reports, the Analyst ensures insights and recommendations are effectively communicated to senior management and key stakeholders, driving impactful decisions.
