Amsterdam-based holding company Exor manages a portfolio of participations in listed and private companies, including Stellantis, Ferrari, Philips, CNH, Institut Mérieux, and Iveco. The Investment Analyst monitors the portfolio, evaluates new opportunities, and helps ensure that performance stays aligned with long-term strategy across industries.

About Exor

Exor has been building great companies since its foundation by the Agnelli family. For more than a century, the firm has invested worldwide, combining entrepreneurial spirit with financial discipline. With a net asset value of around forty billion euro, its portfolio consists mainly of companies in which Exor is the largest shareholder, including Ferrari, Stellantis, Philips, and CNH.

The firm’s approach is based on a set of deeply rooted values that define its culture and business decisions. The company embodies ambition and humility, setting high aspirations while staying grounded. With a mindset of curiosity and focus, Exor pursues new ideas and opportunities without losing sight of what truly matters. Patience and drive inspire the long-term goals, complemented by courage and responsibility, in taking bold actions while being mindful of their consequences. Following the decision to regroup its investment team in Amsterdam, where the company is listed and headquartered, Exor is welcoming an Investment Analyst.

Vacancy: Investment Analyst

The Investment Analyst is a vital member of Exor’s investment team, providing analytical and research support for evaluating and executing investment opportunities. Through detailed financial modeling, valuations, and market research, the Investment Analyst evaluates and monitors investment opportunities, and delivers data-driven insights that shape the portfolio and support sustainable growth.

The team is small and high-performing. The Investment Analyst works closely with colleagues across levels and reports to senior team members, including Investment Associates and Principals. A flat structure offers significant exposure to leadership, and every team member is encouraged to contribute actively to discussions that influence investment strategy.

The Investment Analyst plays a central part in ensuring that investment initiatives run smoothly and align with the company’s strategic goals. Detailed financial analysis, complex modeling, and market research provide the foundation for identifying and evaluating new opportunities. Due diligence is a significant part of the work, with data gathered and analyzed to inform each investment decision. Once investments have been made, the Investment Analyst monitors portfolio performance and evaluates market trends, preparing comprehensive updates that guide strategic actions. Actionable investment memos, presentations, and reports translate the analysis into clear recommendations for senior management and external stakeholders.
