Independent brand with a mission

In 2021, Apax Partners, a leading private equity firm, and global growth investor Warburg Pincus acquired Odido—then still known as T-Mobile Netherlands. Backed by their investors, the company’s leadership turned Odido into an independent Dutch brand that doubled down on its commitment to customer service and innovation, leading to the radical rebranding and repositioning the company implemented in 2023.
