CloudTeams originated as a spin-off from the successful Benelux logistics scale up Homerr. Exponential growth, low margins and very high customer pressure demanded a creative solution to the question of how to set up a flexible customer service team which can easily grow in size while still maintaining high quality standards.

Their main service offerings are customer support, back-office operations, and technical assistance.

CloudTeams is headquartered in Amsterdam and has a diverse team of around 50 people. The company also has different support teams located in Suriname, India and Madagascar to be able to offer 24/7 omnichannel customer support. All teams are selected and trained to ensure that the company can guarantee around the clock support in multiple languages including English, French, and Dutch. CloudTeams leverages AI-powered support teams to ensure rapid scalability and consistent quality output while also streamlining essential tasks and saving valuable time.
