The new Director of Marketing Intelligence & Data is on a mission to get the most out of the data at hand. They come up with data strategy and data related models, pursue implementation of initiatives and evangelize a data driven way of working. The role has an international focus.
Data at Hans Anders Retail Group is rich and ample in size. The nature of the business makes it that almost every customer leaves a trace of data. The Director of Marketing Intelligence & Data is responsible to create a solid ecosystem from the perspective of marketing intelligence. It is not only a strategic role, the Director of Marketing Intelligence & Data also supports implementation of (pilot) initiatives and ensures that the needle of the company’s success is actually moving.
Hans Anders Retail Group uses data in many aspects of the company’s strategy, for example to acquire customers, to optimize the scheduling of appointments, to improve customer experience, to increase conversion and to retain customers. The team consists of 5 FTE, managed by the Director of Marketing Intelligence & Data. They build relationships. Internally with business partners like marketing, digital and IT. But also externally, for example in partnerships with external marketing intelligence and data agencies.
