GreenFlux offers a software platform enabling leading players to tackle eMobility complexities. Owned by DKV Mobility, it forms part of a broader European network built through DKV’s active acquisition strategy. As DKV integrates new businesses, GreenFlux remains the core Charge Point Management platform, with the Managing Director overseeing technology migration, product development, platform integration, and ongoing innovation.
About GreenFlux
GreenFlux focuses on accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility. Its platform enables charge point operators and e-mobility providers to run charging networks efficiently, handling authorization, monitoring, accessibility, and smart-charging algorithms that balance energy demand. Additionally, GreenFlux also operates in managed roaming, facilitating seamless charging transactions between operators and mobility providers.
Since 2021, the Amsterdam-based company has been part of DKV Mobility, one of Europe’s largest mobility service providers. The combination links GreenFlux’s software and EV-charging expertise with DKV’s long experience in cross-border transactions and fuel purchasing. DKV is also the company’s largest customer, with hundreds of thousands of charge cards in use across Europe, and an increasing share of charging transactions flowing through GreenFlux’s platform. In the summer of 2025, the company hit the milestone of one million public charging points across the continent.
Recent years have seen strong momentum. GreenFlux reached profitability in 2024 and further accelerated its growth in 2025, while integration efforts within DKV continue, including consolidation of charging networks and backend systems. In the company’s modern Amsterdam office, around 120 employees from across the globe work in a dynamic, inclusive environment that promotes collaboration and fuels innovation.
Vacancy: Managing Director Tech & Product
As GreenFlux accelerates its technical evolution, the Managing Director steps in to define the company’s technology roadmap and guide product execution. The GreenFlux platform remains the core, designed to be fully scalable and best-in-class, while accommodating the integration of new acquisitions into the DKV Mobility ecosystem. By synchronizing roadmaps with other CPMS units across DKV Mobility, the Managing Director ensures that GreenFlux’s technology and product strategy contributes to a unified backend ecosystem.
It is important that each acquired company contributes both technology and talent to the DKV ecosystem. To achieve this, local hubs are created where developers take ownership of specific platform domains. In doing so, the Managing Director supports the overall execution of the platform strategy and bridges strategy and delivery.
Working alongside the commercial Managing Director, the role focuses on the technical side of the business and ensures alignment between engineering, product, and the broader DKV Mobility group, with both managers sharing overall P&L responsibility. Within the technical organization, the Managing Director oversees mainly the technical and product related departments. Priorities are set, trade-offs are navigated, and week-to-week progress is driven to maintain platform stability and support ongoing innovation. Oversight also extends to HR and finance, promoting efficiency and reinforcing a culture of accountability. The Managing Director reports directly to the German headquarters and skillfully navigates the cultural context of an international executive environment.
As GreenFlux prepares to reach a workforce of around one hundred and fifty in 2026, the Managing Director guides teams through changes across multiple entities and platforms. She/he nurtures talent, working closely with HR to strengthen leadership capabilities and sustain a dense, diverse team in a multicultural environment of more than forty nationalities.
“As Managing Director, you play a decisive role in advancing GreenFlux’s technical identity, ensuring that the platform continues to scale, evolve, and remains at the forefront of eMobility SaaS solutions across Europe. You build agile, efficient structures, and cultivate a culture where ownership and high performance thrive.” – Marc Erkens, Vice President DKV Mobility
This is a role for a technology or product leader with vision, who blends strong business and technical insight with the energy and drive to turn ideas into action. The right candidate connects architecture, product, and execution in ways that deliver tangible results. Experience in consultancy is a welcome addition that can provide extra structure and speed to decision-making. What matters most is one’s strong personality and determination paired with a “get-things-done” attitude. This Managing Director inspires teams to take ownership and see change not as a hurdle but as a step forward in shaping Europe’s leading eMobility platform.
