Vacancy: Head of Operations

As the leader of all global operational processes at SISGrass, the Head of Operations will play a fundamental role in this growing organization. Their strategic vision and structured approach will optimize day-to-day operations, connect various teams, and enable each process and project to run seamlessly to drive the company’s ongoing success. They will monitor every project from start to finish and manage twenty direct reports, including sales teams, back office, logistics and site managers, and their crews who carry out local installations. This position requires frequent global travel to the project sites such as the facilities of well-known teams like FC Barcelona, Juventus, and River Plate.

The Head of Operations will act as a facilitator of effective communication between various parties involved in many projects, and will foster collaboration, drive efficiency, and enable seamless and timely delivery. Focusing on professionalizing the organization, the Head will develop and implement operational strategies that lower unnecessary costs and increase efficiency and productivity. They analyze each process and project in detail, monitor budgets and identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

They will report to the Managing Director and work with management to develop performance targets and long-term operational strategies aligned with the company’s ambitious growth goals. In coordination with the sales team, they will develop strong relationships with clients and follow up on agreements made with other external partners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure transparency and deliver the highest quality service.
