HENDI develops, sources, and distributes professional kitchen equipment to the foodservice industry across Europe. Its ~4,500 mostly own-label products—from cookware and refrigeration to buffet lines and kitchen tools—are designed for daily use in restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, and foodservice wholesalers. The company partners exclusively with resellers, offering them a broad, high-quality assortment at attractive pricing, delivered quickly from local stock. With sourcing and quality control managed through its own teams in Asia, HENDI combines product reliability with operational excellence.
Since the start of the partnership with private equity firm 365 Capital in 2024, HENDI has entered a new growth phase with ambitious targets. Strategic priorities include increasing share-of-wallet within key accounts and accelerating market penetration in underdeveloped but high-potential regions such as Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Nordics. A group-wide commercial transformation is underway to support this ambition.
HENDI employs over 500 people. The business is organized around twelve entities across the Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Italy, Romania, Spain, a sales, sourcing, and quality control hub in Hong Kong, a production facility in China, and a strategic partnership in Greece. Each country team operates with local autonomy, reflecting the company’s entrepreneurial roots.
