Vacancy: Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is primarily responsible for the finances of the organization and its three underlying entities. This entails planning, implementation, managing, and running all finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. The CFO provides strategic advice and direction, enabling the company’s international growth ambitions. The CFO develops, leads and motivates the finance team, ensuring it reaches its overall strategic company goals. They manage the cash flow in a sustainable way, develop and implement management reports, and secure financial KPIs in the organization.
Investor relations
The CFO is also responsible for establishing and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance. They manage fundraising plans and capital structure. Strong communication skills are key, as is a datadriven approach. The CFO analyzes data and, based on the findings, provides recommendations to improve the operation and financial processes. Digitizing all processes and reporting is one of the CFO’s goals. The CFO is part of the leadership team and reports directly to the CEO, Kristina Johansson.
Strategic, positive, and innovative mindset towards finance
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial CFO who perfectly balances strategy and operation. Experience in a PE-owned portfolio company is preferred, as is solid experience in hiring and building high-performing teams. The pragmatic CFO is a true teamplayer with a can-do attitude, who enjoys the dynamics and challenges that are typical for a scale-up.
