Exor has decided to regroup it’s investment team in Amsterdam, where it ’is listed and headquartered. In this context, Exor is looking for an Investment Associate.

Vacancy: Investment Associate

The Investment Associate plays a pivotal role within Exor’s investment team as the bridge between strategic decision-making and detailed execution of investment initiatives. Responsible for monitoring the performance of portfolio companies, they will track global market trends and identify new opportunities that create value and drive sustainable growth.

Working within a small, high-performing team, the Investment Associate will report to the two Principals, leading strategic projects and workstreams and mentoring junior colleagues. The organization’s flat structure stimulates a highly collaborative environment and offers significant exposure to leadership (including the CEO, Managing Director in charge of companies and the CFO), encouraging all team members to actively participate in discussions that influence investment strategy.

This dynamic role combines technical expertise and leadership skills. The Investment Associate will contribute to strategic discussions, assess company performance, and oversee key aspects of deal execution. As the leader of critical due diligence efforts, they will provide oversight of financial models, valuations, and research to evaluate and assess investment opportunities. Responsible for preparing detailed investment memos and presenting recommendations to senior leadership, they directly influence strategic decisions across the portfolio and drive impactful outcomes.
