With this B2B platform, the company has the ambition to guarantee a fully transparent food sector. It makes the origin traceable and the ecological footprint transparent.

Global Branding for Olam Food Ingredients
In order to maximize its long-term value, simplify its portfolio and sharpen its focus, since January 2020 the food and agribusiness has been split into Olam International (parent company), Olam Global Agri (cereals and pet food, edible oils, rice, cotton and financial services for goods) and Olam Food Ingredients (coffee, cocoa, dairy, nuts and spices). The enterprising Global Communications Project Manager will dedicate their B2B branding talents to the latter company.

Vacancy: Global Communications Project Manager

The Global Communications Project Manager supports the marcom activities that contribute to improved brand visibility of the company and underlying business units. In this capacity, they act as the driving force behind all B2B branding projects. Excellent project management skills and a continuous improvement mindset are essential in this role.

This project management role combines strategic and operational work with a strong focus on the latter aspect. The Global Communications Project Manager is an expert in planning and ensures that all project deadlines are met. This self-starting personality works in a structured way and is eager to focus on the content. Activities vary from setting up and managing new B2B brand initiatives to developing relevant brand assets. They also monitor the design and production flow both internally and externally and develops the event strategy of for Olam Food Ingredients, together with the colleagues in the relevant business units.

To ensure consistent brand usage, the Global Communications Project Manager works closely with business-responsible colleagues. They feel at home in a flat organizational structure and communicates at C-suite level. As a true connector, they build up a strong network of suppliers and is an expert in managing stakeholder expectations. Moreover, she/he builds and feeds the brand communities and cranks up brand pride internally.

Not only nationally, but also internationally, the Global Communications Project Manager maintains strong contacts. An excellent command of the English language is necessary. Olam International is headquartered in Singapore, PR and digital communication is carried out from London and the marketing communications team is based in Rotterdam. The Global Communications Project Manager is part of the latter team. Nevertheless, they will be travelling to international offices or cooperation partners on a regular basis.
