In my role as Consultant, I provide guidance for professionals with backgrounds ranging from corporate organizations to both start-ups and scale-ups. The most important theme among the positions I recruit for is Digital Transformation. Here, my network is in the more general profiles. Think about General Managers of a business unit within a corporate player. Or smaller companies with a digital focus where the organization needs strengthening. These are typical candidates working their first or second serious management position.
I notice many employers are striving for more diversity in the workplace. This makes sense: it stimulates creativity, innovation, and company results. At the highest level however, it is often a challenge to meet the diversity targets. There is no quick-fix. I look for the solution in the preparatory phase, the early stages of the recruitment process. Those are the candidates I meet with at Top of Minds.
