I notice many employers are striving for more diversity in the workplace. This makes sense: it enhances creativity, innovation, and company results. At the highest level, however, it is often a challenge to meet the diversity targets. There is no quick-fix. I look for the solution in the preparatory phase, the early stages of the recruitment process. Those are the candidates I meet with at Top of Minds.”
