A Strategic Business Writer is a crucial part of this process—they are writing the content that points candidates to, and gets them excited about, job openings. For each job profile, the Strategic Business Writer will collaborate with the Top of Minds consultant who’s the profile owner.
The Strategic Business Writer will use a recording of the interview with the hiring manager(s) to draft a job posting that clearly captures the company’s identity and the ins and outs of the position. They will deploy their knowledge of business and skills to structure the posting. They should have a talent for language and enjoy writing compelling copy.
In addition to writing job profiles, there are also regular projects you may work on—you may be writing interviews or working on and drafting high-level consulting projects around Employer Branding.
