Vacante: Investment Analyst – Spain

As part of its European expansion, Rockfield has opened an office in Madrid, marking a key milestone in its growth strategy and broadening its portfolio and geographic presence. Building on this expansion, Rockfield is welcoming a motivated Investment Analyst to join the Spanish team. The Investment Analyst will support Rockfield’s growth by conducting detailed financial analyses and creating pro-forma financial models for acquisitions and development opportunities. This position involves gathering and analyzing market data to identify potential projects, preparing narrative memoranda, and delivering concise market summaries and recommendations to support decision-making. They will also collaborate with brokers, equity partners, lenders, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth and structured transaction processes.

Key responsibilities will include monitoring transaction progress, managing timelines, and addressing any issues that may impact financial performance or closing. Additionally, overseeing these critical aspects throughout the process will be essential.
