About Rockfield
Rockfield is a European investment manager specialising in residential property. Since its foundation in 2014, the organisation has managed the entire lifecycle of residential properties: from acquisition and development to investment management and day-to-day operations. This integrated approach allows Rockfield to maintain control over quality, speed and the end product. Rockfield now manages over two billion euros’ worth of property and has developed more than ten thousand homes. Approximately eight thousand homes are under management, spread across the Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy and Germany, amongst other countries. The combination of institutional clout and an entrepreneurial way of working enables Rockfield to respond quickly to changing housing needs. This approach translates into projects that are more than just homes: living environments where diverse housing needs, sustainability and community come together, and where people feel at home.
Mission and vision
By delivering affordable and professionally managed housing solutions, Rockfield aims to help alleviate the housing shortage in Europe. In doing so, the company strives to strike a healthy balance between attractive returns for investors and a positive impact on the local community. In the coming years, the focus will be on further growth in both portfolio size and geographical spread. The ambition is to grow to more than twenty thousand homes under management across an increasing number of European cities within five years. Sustainability and resident experience are key guiding principles in this regard, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, quality and user experience.
Working at Rockfield
The Rockfield team consists of around 45 professionals, spread across offices in Amsterdam, Madrid and Barcelona. Lines of communication are short, responsibility lies at a low level within the organisation, and ideas are quickly put into action.
