The Head of HR for The Netherlands leads the HR department, aligns local teams and is responsible for all operational and strategic HR matters.

Vacancy: Head of HR –  The Netherlands

TRUMPF’s Head of HR for The Netherlands is affiliated with the Machinery Tools division, and also works with the Global HR team in Germany. All local HR matters, such as payroll, recruitment and employee loyalty and well-being, are under the direct scope of the national Head of HR. Global HR is focused on core processes, employer branding and HR IT systems.

This role leads the local HR department of four employees, implements its strategy, and stimulates growth and development. Versatile leadership and strategic insights into people and culture and employer branding are most important aspects for achieving success in this role. It also requires a strong ability to switch between an operational skillset and strategic thinking.

Some areas which the Head of HR takes charge are leadership of the local HR Business Partner and HR employees, and aligning the teams and policies from various locations in The Netherlands, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans for a sustainable and optimal workforce. In addition, the Head of HR participates in the Dutch Machinery Tools Management Team on all HR matters and contributes to the company’s vision to develop One HR worldwide as part of its continuous drive to innovate.
