Global Leadership Gateway (GLG) – leadership in e-commerce

Naspers Classifieds currently employs almost 2,000 professionals and is active in more than 40 countries. Their global footprint will rapidly expand over the next years, requiring a solid talent pipeline of future global leaders. People moving through the ranks as Country Manager or Functional Leader, regional CEO or COO and eventually member of the Global Executive Team. The GLG program consists of two rotational assignments of each taking place over a period of nine months combined with an intensive mix of formal training, coaching, mentoring and peer group inspiration.

Candidate profile

Candidates for the Global Leadership Gateway come from first tier strategy consulting, have recently finished their MBA at one of the worlds leading international business schools and are now ready to switch their careers from consulting to e-commerce.
