‘We can do that better’, think colleagues Arjon van Lieshout and Joost Preyde while working at an American consulting firm. This motivation leads to the founding of House of Performance, popularly known as HofP, in 1998. Instead of focusing solely on the hard American results-driven approach, HofP portrays itself as a mission- and values-driven organisational consultancy. An outright hit, because after 22 years, the agency is still growing.
House of Performance’s mission is to let people, teams and organisations excel. They achieve this, among other things, by implementing Agile working, data-driven working and the use of Gamification. HofP adds value to top 10 organisations in the finance, healthcare and government sectors, both nationally and internationally. The agency advises and supports where possible and confronts where necessary.
With a client portfolio full of big names like Prorail and Rabobank, HofP’s clients are mainly in the business services sector. Besides support in the form of Consultants, the organisational consultancy also helps clients in the field of interim management. And with the increasing possibilities of smart, technical solutions, they also initiated the IT startups The Cue and TRIGGX.
