Vacancy: Investor Relations & Corporate Development Manager

The Investor Relations & Corporate Development Manager reports to the SVP of Corporate Development and will focus on two key goals. First, they will increase Corbion’s visibility and evaluation with shareholders and capital markets. And second, they will develop the growth roadmap and identify potential M&A and strategic opportunities to support Corbion’s growth ambitions and corporate image.

“The Investor Relations & Corporate Development Manager is expected to play a very active role in attracting new investors as well as build strong relationships with our shareholders.” – Peter Kazius, SVP Corporate Development of Corbion

The role’s main objective is to ensure that all stakeholders are well informed about the company’s performance, strategy, and future plans, create an appealing corporate story and actively connect with investors. This involves managing press releases, making presentations to investors and organizing the bi-annual Capital Markets Day.

On the corporate development side, the Manager will work on the business growth roadmap, evaluate potential acquisition candidates and design merger and integration strategies. Building experience in the M&A domain is key for the future success of Corbion.

To achieve these goals, this role must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong relationship building skills. Analytical competences along with a hands-on approach and an entrepreneurial spirit are also expected. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who wants to enjoy personal growth, work closely with the business, and build strong relationships with investors in a global context.
