Why work at True?

Working at True means working towards a smarter, more agile and digital world. Although the company has been around for over 20 years, True, with its informal can-do mentality, is still very much like a start-up. But one with over ninety employees – Trueligans, as they call themselves – and the clout of a solid corporate, partly because it is part of Broad Horizon, a leading collective of several cloud technology companies. What exactly does True do?

True helps clients with hosting and cloud solutions. Over the past two decades, True has built a strong reputation and a fine client portfolio. For all its clients, True has one goal: change as a team, accelerate action and kill complexity. By working closely together – both with clients and with the Trueligans themselves – True solves client challenges and problems. To do so, the company draws on its years of experience and an enormous wealth of deep technical knowledge. By making smart use of technology, True aims to make more impact with fewer resources, thus reducing its impact on society.

True’s approach is very customer-oriented. But its own employees are at least as important. They are given every freedom to take ownership of their work. There are plenty of opportunities for development, including interesting growth opportunities within True, Broad Horizon or one of the other partners. Ambitious, dynamic, informal and passionate: True is it all. A tech company at heart, the company employs mostly techies. That is not to say that everyone is a technical expert, but love for IT is a unifying factor.
