Carlos Aguiar’s career has been with the same employer for more than 20 years. Yet not a moment has passed without challenge and innovation. He is now Commercial Director of PostNL’s Parcels Benelux business unit – the cork on which the company floats. Carlos: “You have to be smart about the opportunities that are available to serve customers well. If you get results in that, you get more and more impact and responsibility. I have always done that and still do. In that respect, I’m still the same person I was when I started here.”
