In 2018, HeatTransformers launched its mission to make gas-free heating mainstream in the Netherlands. The young, driven team of technicians, installers, consultants and salespeople ensured the successful installation of thousands of heat pumps. Seamless customer journey
The heat pump installation process is complex. Whether a house is old or new, what about its insulation, and whether it has a garden or not: it all has an impact on whether a heat pump is possible and what type of pump it should be. As a result, many consumers think a heat pump is not an option for them, or they cannot find a skilled installer who can do the project affordably and reliably. HeatTransformers is jumping into this gap, as a one-stop shop for professional advice, installation and after-care monitoring.

Half a million heat pumps
The future looks bright for HeatTransformers. The company is the market leader in the Netherlands and far ahead of competitors, who have not yet mastered the complexity of the heat pump and the associated customer journey. Currently, nearly half a million new central heating boilers are installed every year, but regulations mandate the phasing out of gas boilers from 2026. Consequently, interest in heat pumps, which is already high due to the broad-based desire to reduce dependence on gas, will increase exponentially. HeatTransformers also expects to make strides in the European field. The company is entering a period of strong growth, supported by an investment company.
