Job description: Procurement Manager
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for indirect procurement activities across western Europe. They will also manage the direct procurement for Sultana, the brand with the largest category spend in the region. They will be based at the pladis’ European headquarters in Zaandam and the factories for this role are located in Zaandam and Nantes, France. This role will report to the Supply Chain Director, with a functional reporting line to the Regional Head of Procurement.
The Procurement Manager will lead the development of the regional category strategy. They will drive and deliver cost-saving projects. They will also support direct procurement products for Sultana, but mainly lead indirect procurement projects and manage project pipelines. This role will engage with stakeholders and coordinate the region’s sustainability agenda. They will also own the contract management process for all categories.

The Procurement Manager is experienced in managing tender processes and negotiations and will help pladis maintain cost efficiency during this challenging time.
