Vacancy: Finance Manager

The Finance Manager of NADUVI will be responsible for setting up, improving, and managing the financial processes to establish a solid reporting and control structure. They will become part of the Finance Team, which is full of experienced and fun to work with professionals. The Finance Manager will help them – and the rest of the organization – reach the next phase in their development. 

The main challenge of the role lies in the rapidly increasing complexity of NADUVI’s financial flows. As the number of transactions and partners grows, the international footprint widens, and new business models get implemented. As a result, the rigor and efficiency needed in the financial processes multiply. To keep up with the advancement of the organization, the Finance Manager will need a curious state of mind, an eagerness to learn, and a strong inclination towards structures and processes.

Besides establishing and maintaining smooth financial administration processes, the Finance Manager will execute various improvement projects. Examples of topics they will work on are bringing down operational costs, implementing new management dashboards, and developing approaches to improve and steer on margins. In executing these projects, the Finance Manager will work closely with different people from throughout the organization.
