Vacancy: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is accountable for safeguarding the company’s financial health and strenghtening the business support operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies and guidelines to ensure accurate monthly reporting, consistent budgeting, and timely closings. Experience with private equity reporting is essential, including designing real-time dashboards that deliver immediate insight into performance and KPIs at the PE level.

While the finance function is solidly established, there is ample opportunity to professionalize and optimize further. Acting as the CEO’s right-hand and trusted advisor, the CFO streamlines financial rhythms and integrates acquisitions and back-office functions, including finance, IT, planning, legal. Transforming processes goes beyond efficiency and scalability – it also improves the experience for employees and clients while unlocking strategic advantages. Through efficient, data-driven workflows, the CFO strengthens forecasting, budgeting, and cash-flow management, turning financial information into actionable insights.
