Rubix: European market leader in industrial distribution
Rubix is Europe’s largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions. Every day, the company helps OEMs, machine builders, and manufacturing companies keep their installations running smoothly, safely, and energy-efficiently. It does so with a range of more than one million items, from bearings and drive technology to pneumatics, tools, and personal protective equipment, combined with in-depth technical expertise, smart digital tools, and services such as repairs and inventory and maintenance optimization. In this way, Rubix prevents downtime and helps customers continuously improve their processes.
The growing pan-European MRO platform
Rubix was created in 2017 when investment company Advent International brought together two major European distributors, Brammer and IPH, into a single platform. Since then, the group has made more than 70 acquisitions and has developed into the leading pan-European multi-specialist in a fragmented MRO market. Thanks to private equity backing, Rubix can continue to invest in its network, digitization, and specialized knowledge, while at the same time focusing strongly on autonomous growth. With a turnover of more than three billion euros and strong profitability, Rubix will focus on further organic and acquisitive growth in the coming years to further strengthen its position as a leading MRO partner in Europe.
