‘To share the wonderful world of films with as many people as possible’ was the ambition of the French Pathé brothers in 1896. By the end of the nineteenth century, the development of cinematography was in full swing and the four brothers pioneered a lot. And they did this not without merit. Thanks to their efforts, Pathé can now call itself not only the Dutch market leader, but also the global producer of film equipment and films.

Almost 125 years after its founding, Pathé is still a family business that, fully in the spirit of the original Pathé brothers, constantly innovates and looks to the long term. For example, Pathé was not only at the cradle of film with sound and then color, the introductions of IMAX, 4DX and Dolby Cinema are also to its credit. In this way, Pathé strives to ensure that everyone always has the very best cinema experience.

Pathé’s structural innovativeness does not shy away from any crisis. This applies not only offline, but also online. In addition to continuous adjustments to apps and interfaces, the company is currently in the midst of an ERP migration and several impactful IT projects lie ahead.
