Interim Valley

Interim Valley was founded in 2012 by Ruben Verkuijl and Diederik Veenhoven with the aim of creating a secondment agency with a distinctive vision on people development. With the Live Your Potential programme, focused on the four dimensions of Body, Emotion, Mental and Inspiration, all employees are empowered and helped to get the best out of themselves so they can be motivated and inspired. Interim Valley mainly focuses on positions within Compliance, Data Science & BI, Trade Finance and Lending.

After ten years of successful growth, it is time to broaden its horizons. A re-branding of Interim Valley to ‘Kayak’ is on the agenda this summer. New initiatives will be launched under the wings of the Kayak brand. Due to the urgent need for staff in the care sector, Interim Valley will be the first initiative to launch a new secondment activity under the name Kayak Care, precisely in this segment it is so important that employees take good care of themselves first and are balanced before they can take care of others.
