Payments as part of the customer journey
The philosophy and belief behind FinDock is that payments deserve more than a place in the back office; they should be an integral part of the customer journey. Based on this vision, founder Bas Visser built on the Salesforce platform and grew into a partner for organizations for whom payments are an essential part of their customer relationship. What started in the non-profit sector grew into a broad customer base in sectors such as education, energy, and insurance.
