In 2007, two Finnish entrepreneurs had a clear mission: to improve well-being in the workplace. In almost twenty years, Epassi has grown into one of Europe’s leading platforms for digital employee benefits. From its headquarters in Helsinki, the company developed an app that brings all employee benefits together in a digital ecosystem. This gives millions of people daily access to services and products that enhance their well-being, from sports and culture to mobility and relaxation. In 2024, turnover exceeded €126 million; for 2025, the organization expects to exceed €200 million.
International growth
Epassi’s rapid growth is the result of a combination of organic expansion and targeted acquisitions. In 2024 and early 2025, the company continued its buy-and-build strategy and expanded its activities to several new markets in Europe. Today, Epassi operates in Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and France. In all these countries, more than 50,000 employers and over 30 million employees use the platform, which is supported by a network of more than 100,000 affiliated service providers.
