Top of Minds’ social goal is to slow down climate change by putting the top tier of the labor market in the right roles. Our Climate Positive Business Initiative supports organizations making climate-positive contributions. We make sure they have the best people available to achieve maximum impact.

Climate positive is far more progressive than climate neutral. These are organizations whose product or service actually removes greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane, or nitrogen) from the atmosphere or makes a pioneering contribution to reducing emissions.

Climate positive? Then we're pro bono

If your organization is running a demonstrably significant climate-positive operation, we want to help you grow your organization or company as fast as possible so you can have the greatest possible impact.

And to do that, you need the best people. But you may not have the budget to hire a professional executive search firm like ours. We’re so passionate about our mission that we’ll provide our services pro bono.

Our services are available free of charge once per organization, the open position needs to be a good fit for our target audience, and the opening can’t be confidential.
