About Cenosco
Cenosco is an international SaaS company headquartered in the Netherlands with over 25 years of experience in asset-heavy industries. Its mission is clear: to help companies in the oil, gas, chemical and renewable energy sectors realise their full potential. Its customers include several big names, including Shell. Cenosco’s Integrity Management System (IMS) makes complex industrial systems clear and manageable. The platform brings together data from different systems and teams and better aligns engineering with daily operations. IMS works according to Shell standards, but can be flexibly deployed for other organisations and markets. In a sector that has long been paper-driven, IMS helps companies worldwide to work safely, efficiently and digitally.
Strategic investments
When Fortino Capital acquired a majority stake in Cenosco in 2020, a new phase began. The focus shifted from individual services to a scalable SaaS model with subscriptions. This made it possible to further develop the product and attract new customers. In 2025, the next step was taken with an investment led by Summit Partners. This collaboration opened the door to further innovation, international growth and team strengthening. With a clear focus on performance and scalability, Cenosco continues to build an independent and future-proof company.
