The future of public transport: Mobility as a Service (MaaS)
When corona required people to work from home – and still do – this logically had a major impact on public transportation. The changing needs of travelers call for new, flexible products and services: Mobility as a Service (MaaS). With MaaS, travelers can plan, book and pay for their trips by train or bus – as well as by cab, streetcar or shared bike, car and scooter, or in combination – in advance. It means a significant, sustainable improvement in the mobility system. The Customer Excellence Manager is driving the transition to ensure a MaaS-driven, customer-centric organization.
