Sustainability, diversity and community engagement
Social responsibility plays an important role within Arriva. Sustainability in particular is high on the agenda: the company does everything it can to operate sustainably and to lead the way in this. Besides sustainability, Arriva also likes to take the lead in diversity and social commitment. The company strives for diversity in all ranks of the organisation – both at and behind the wheel.

The future of public transport: Mobility as a Service (MaaS)
When Corona required people to work from home – and still does – this logically had a major impact on public transport. The changing needs of travellers call for new, flexible products and services: Mobility as a Service (MaaS). With MaaS, travellers can plan, book and pay for their journeys by train or bus – but also by taxi, tram or shared bike, car and scooter, or in combination – in advance. It represents a significant, sustainable improvement to the mobility system. The Customer Excellence Manager is driving the transition to a MaaS-driven, customer-centric organisation.
