Vacancy: Commercial Marketing Manager
The Commercial Marketing Manager will drive the launch of Oslo Skin Lab into the Spanish market and the brand’s success. This entrepreneurial go-getter will build a loyal customer base from the ground up, develop effective marketing campaigns, strategically leverage digital marketing channels such as social media advertising, and enhance partnerships to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and attract new subscribers.
The new Manager has a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and brand positioning, with existing knowledge from the brand’s successful commercial strategies in other countries. The Commercial Marketing Manager will follow, adjust and implement a comprehensive market entry strategy, following the proven NutraQ playbook for new market entries, and tailor it to unique Spanish market characteristics. They report to the Chief Marketing Officer in the Oslo office, and collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop compelling brand messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with their Spanish target audience.
Applying a sales-driven mindset, the Commercial Marketing Manager will maximize brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. They also implement integrated marketing campaigns that foster customer loyalty. These include launching targeted promotions, exclusive deals, and personalized recommendations across various channels.
Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape, the Manager continuously analyzes, evaluates, and reports on ongoing tests and campaign results, to gain a deep understanding of consumer preferences, purchasing behavior, and regulatory requirements. Using strategic data and insights, they tailor promotional campaigns and product offerings, which enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
The Commercial Marketing Manager also cultivates strategic partnerships and negotiates favorable terms and agreements with media houses, agencies, and other suppliers, all while overseeing, evaluating, and adjusting outsourced work. They will also manage the brand’s social media channels, including overseeing content creation and advertising strategies, create clear briefs, and develop innovative marketing materials with internal and external graphic designers. Additionally, the Commercial Marketing Manager will align with Customer Service on current marketing plans, materials, and communication strategies.
