Global Head of HR Operations
For twenty years, Rituals has spread the art of soulful living worldwide. Now they’re enjoying unprecedented growth and need to deliver a scalable, global HR experience. The new Global Head of HR Operations will lead this transformation and help ensure continuity, efficiency, and scalability, of the Rituals brand.
In 2000, Raymond Cloosterman founded Rituals with a mission: to transform everyday routines into more meaningful moments. Today, the ever-evolving lifestyle brand is taking that idea even further with a significant growth strategy.
Rituals is a global company with more than 3,000 FTEs, 1,500 points-of-sale and a big ambition: to achieve €1 billion revenue in 2021, and expand to €5 billion in the coming years. To meet these goals, the organization must continue to evolve.
Rituals has always strived to work with the best people who reflect their philosophy and help preserve their unique DNA. The HR Team will play a vital role in realizing this ambition during the global growth initiative.
“We are one of the fastest-growing brands. And why? It’s all thanks to our people.” – Raymond Cloosterman, CEO of Rituals
Looking ahead, HR’s focus will be on three main pillars. The first pillar is HR operations and services. The second is on HR Strategy and their role as a business partner by further embedding the body, mind and soul culture. The third pillar focuses on HR Solutions driven by the centers of expertise. These include recruitment, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
This three-pillar strategy is needed to continually strengthen Rituals’ DNA. The HR team will optimize their operations and deliver a state-of-the-art employee experience, from onsite to remote interactions.
