Vacancy: Supply Lead – New Build
PropHero is expanding its portfolio to include new-build developments, a strategic move to deepen its value proposition. The Supply Lead- New Build plays a pivotal role in this strategy, owning the entire lifecycle of these promotions. This position goes beyond traditional project management, encompassing the definition of the business plan for each asset to ensure compliance with the company’s investment standards while supporting the scale-up of the new-build supply vertical.
The Supply Lead is responsible for both the technical and financial performance of each project. This includes conducting urban and technical feasibility studies, monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and safeguarding the overall economic viability of the developments. Key responsibilities also include defining pricing, cost structures, and margins, as well as managing relationships with financial institutions and overseeing developer loan guarantees. Close collaboration with the Legal team is required to coordinate contracts, reservation agreements, and notarial documentation, alongside cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Technical, and Finance teams. Reporting to the General Management team, the Supply Lead provides regular reporting and insights to guide strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings a background in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics, combined with at least five years of experience managing new-build residential promotions, preferably within a developer environment. They possess a strong command of financial analysis and feasibility modelling, comfortable working with Excel and project management software.
Since PropHero operates globally, English proficiency is essential. This is an opportunity for a results-oriented professional to shape a critical business line within a high-growth fintech environment.
