In a private equity-backed European software group scaling through frequent acquisitions, TeamSystem Spain needs a seasoned finance leader to build a reliable, automated control model. As the Financial Controlling Senior Manager, this person will shape consolidation, analytics, and integration, create insight and rigor, while gaining broad exposure in a high-growth environment.

About TeamSystem

Operating across Italy, Spain, France, Turkey, and Albania, TeamSystem Group delivers digital business management solutions used by small and midsize enterprises, professionals, and microenterprises. The portfolio spans cloud platforms for finance, invoicing, and operations, enabling clients to digitalize workflows and comply with local regulations. TeamSystem Spain serves a dynamic and expanding customer base.

As a scaled software enterprise, the group combines strong organic growth with frequent acquisitions that broaden capability and reach. The company generates about one billion euros in global revenue, including more than fifty million euros in Spain. Backed by private equity funds, TeamSystem continues to strengthen its footprint across Southern Europe while deepening its subscription model and analytics backbone.

A major competitive edge lies in the breadth of the SaaS suite and its integration with data-driven insights, supported by deep knowledge of regional requirements. This integrated approach enables fast product evolution, consistent service quality, and disciplined post-acquisition integration. It positions TeamSystem as a trusted partner for clients moving to fully digital operations.

Culture anchored in Initiative, Inclusion, and Innovation encourages ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Headquarters are in Italy, and the organization employs nearly four thousand people who support more than two million clients. A hybrid work model and pragmatic decision-making support speed without sacrificing quality. This environment attracts professionals motivated by impact, cross-border collaboration, and transformation.

Vacancy: FP&A Manager

Frequent acquisitions and a multi-entity footprint raise the bar for Spain’s management control. The FP&A Manager provides the structure and predictability needed to scale. The mandate spans reliable consolidation, standardized reporting, and a decisive shift toward automation and advanced analytics that deliver timely, actionable insights to leadership.

Beyond a reliable close, the remit covers designing a robust consolidation and reporting framework that absorbs new entities without compromising quality or deadlines. The role defines clear standards, codifies policies, and assures comparability across entities and with Group guidance. It also shapes the KPI architecture that helps the business understand growth drivers, unit economics, and subscription dynamics.

Automation is a central theme. The FP&A Manager sets the roadmap to reduce manual effort and elevate analysis by connecting enterprise resource planning and billing data sources such as SAP and Zuora into governed models and dashboards in Power BI and Power Query. This work unlocks faster variance analysis, consistent forecasting, and transparent performance views for stakeholders.

Integration presents both opportunity and complexity. Each acquisition requires a repeatable playbook, from chart-of-accounts mapping and reporting taxonomy alignment to policy harmonization and data onboarding. Close collaboration with Group Controlling in Italy ensures Spain’s outputs match Group standards, while local nuances are addressed with disciplined governance and communication.

Leadership of the management control area in Spain calls for a hands-on builder who operates confidently in international, matrix environments. Comfort with fast-paced change, an organized and data-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach are essential to bring teams along and deliver adoption.

Ultimately, this role offers the chance to architect Spain’s control model for a scaled software business within a pan-European leader, accelerating integration cycles, improving reporting.
